The Role:

• Own the design and implementation of Paddle’s GTM operating model.
• Lead a high-performing Deal Desk function.
• Manage the GTM technology stack and data architecture.

• Act as a trusted partner to the CRO and CMO.
• Establish the global standard for forecasting and pipeline management disciplines.
• Ensure field teams are trained and equipped to articulate Paddle’s value proposition.
