The Opportunity:
- Own end-to-end systemization of incentive compensation operations in a remote-first environment.
- Gain deep exposure to data flows across CRM, HRIS, and calculation engines.
- Build durable systems that reduce reliance on manual workarounds and spreadsheets.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Embed with the IC team to map current-state workflows and identify manual, error-prone steps.
- Design and build automated workflows, integrations, and tooling using scripting and platform tools.
- Configure Xactly ICM instances and drive AI-enabled process automation.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 5+ years in incentive compensation, sales operations, or related process improvement roles.
- Hands-on SQL experience and comfort with data reconciliation across systems.
- Proven track record of systematizing inefficient processes in high-growth SaaS environments.
