Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend actions aligned with company policies.
- Manage casework, ensuring timely communication, thorough documentation, and efficient resolution.
- Advise managers and HR partners on employee relations matters.
Internal Responsibilities:
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations, including 3+ years conducting investigations.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, investigations, and employment policies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, complex casework independently.
