Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations, including 3+ years conducting investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, investigations, and employment policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, complex casework independently.
