Make a Difference:
- Help dealerships enhance customer experience, maximize parts inventory, and resolve warranty issues through problem-solving and relationship building.
- Take pride in helping teams succeed by teaching and sharing knowledge to improve dealership operations and customer loyalty.
What You’ll Do:
- Build Relationships: Work with approximately 30-40 dealers, operators, and regional teams to achieve common goals and drive sales objectives.
- Leverage Data and Technology: Prepare for remote dealer contacts by reviewing reports and creating presentations that address OEM and dealer priorities for sales and retention.
Qualifications:
- Confident communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills, capable of delivering data-driven presentations to all dealership management levels.
- Analytical mindset with an understanding of metrics and reports, coupled with a creative approach to problem resolution and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Technology savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a busy environment to make a measurable impact.
