Your Role at impact.com:

  • Manage functions essential to go-to-market strategy to drive sales enablement and productivity.
  • Oversee planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, sales process optimization, and tech stack management.
  • Hire, coach, train, and develop the sales team strategically.

What You'll Do:

  • Recruit, train, and retain a top-performing sales team.
  • Lead and coach representatives to exceed quotas consistently.
  • Run weekly 1-on-1s to overcome roadblocks and chart career growth.

What You Bring:

  • Proven ability to deliver deal predictability with data-driven forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
  • 4+ years managing a team of Account Executives and 4+ years in new business quota-carrying sales.
  • Strong empathy, communication skills, and adaptability to change processes.
