You Will:

  • Lead with data and accountability, managing team against quota metrics and coaching reps on leading and lagging indicators.
  • Coach and develop emerging sales talent through regular call reviews, 1-on-1 sessions, and mentorship on complex deal scenarios.
  • Execute blended go-to-market strategy by overseeing inbound lead qualification and outbound campaigns.

You Have:

  • 3+ years sales experience in a SaaS or B2B enterprise environment, with 1+ years in sales management.
  • Proven quota ownership and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Coaching excellence with ability to identify rep strengths and development areas.
