Key Responsibilities:

• Establish rapport and build trust with contacts at all levels within a portfolio of enterprise restaurant partners.
• Proactively assess, validate, and optimize partner performance, supporting joint problem solving.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear direction for stakeholders from C-level to store managers.

Analytics and Insights:

• Lead as a subject matter expert on partner-facing operational metrics.
• Leverage performance data to identify patterns and translate into actionable insights.
• Craft compelling, data-backed narratives to communicate performance and opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Build and drive operational outcomes tied to specific business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive alignment.
• Present operational insights to internal and external stakeholders.
