Overview:
- Knit is an AI-native research agency helping iconic brands make confident decisions through deep customer understanding.
- This Client Partner role drives growth in Retail, CPG & Pharma by managing and expanding enterprise partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of 10-20 enterprise accounts, leading renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior insights leaders and lead commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Research, and Product to ensure client value.
Who We're Looking For:
- 7+ years in enterprise account management or strategic sales in the research and insights industry.
- Experience selling $100K+ contracts and managing $1M+ enterprise relationships.
- Proven track record of hitting growth, renewal, or NRR targets.
