Primary Function:
- Professionally answer incoming calls.
- Understand customer’s needs to resolve Tier 1 issues.
- Accurately document complaints within CRM database.
Essential Job Duties:
- Quickly become knowledgeable on policies and best practices.
- Perform system error log reviews and recommendations.
- Review auto-generated cases and dispatch work orders as required.
Qualifications:
- Effective analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of computers and standard software applications
