Sr. Recruiter, Spanish Speaking (Fixed-term)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle recruitment, continuously sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates.
• Attract top talent and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, online databases, social media, employee referrals, and creative programs.
• Accurately track progress and maintain tracking metrics using our ATS (Greenhouse).

Work Environment & Flexibility:
