Goals:

  • Provide leadership and management support to reinforce the foundation and drive the success of Aledade’s core physician outreach function.
  • Inform and drive towards network development targets that support Aledade’s long-term mission and business goals.
  • Utilize systems, structures and processes to drive consistent and predictable sales outcomes.

Primary Duties:

  • Lead an assigned accounts national team consisting of 3-8 network development professionals.
  • Hire, coach, develop and mentor sales people.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Performance, Business Development and other teams to develop and implement actionable sales plans.

Additional Duties:

  • Evaluate performance, manage KPIs, and assess sales performance.
  • Contribute to strong team morale by cultivating connections across a distributed, virtual team.
