Position Description:

  • Drive significant new logo revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
  • Manage quota and forecast for your team; drive performance to exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide mentorship and performance feedback to AEs via regular 1x1s.

Position Duties:

  • Guide AEs throughout their sales process with deal strategy and negotiations.
  • Partner with People Operations and Sales Enablement to hire and train new team members.
  • Analyze sales data and identify improvement areas in sales processes and skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Extensive understanding of MEDDIC and value-based selling.
