Team Leadership & ER Function Management:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five professionals, including a Senior ER Case Manager and ER Intake Coordinator.
- Establish caseload standards and quality expectations for timely, consistent case resolution.
- Oversee employee relations tools, templates, playbooks, and case management systems.
Investigation Oversight & Case Management:
- Oversee complex, high-risk, and sensitive workplace investigations.
- Serve as the final escalation point for matters with significant legal exposure.
- Review and approve investigation findings and documentation for defensible outcomes.
Legal & Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Act as the primary ER contact for Legal, ensuring case escalation and legal documentation.
- Coordinate responses to litigation holds and partner on high-risk employment decisions.
- Collaborate with Safety, Compliance, and business leaders on coordinated investigations.
