Host Account Manager

Account Management and Relationship Ownership:

• Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of hosts, providing strategic guidance and proactive support.
• Conduct regular performance check-ins and drive host accountability on key metrics.

Platform, Policy, and Financial Fluency:

• Maintain deep knowledge of PadSplit’s platform, fee structures, and policies.
• Apply policies thoughtfully and guide hosts on pricing and occupancy optimization.

Issue Resolution and Escalation:

• Navigate complex situations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Escalate cross-functional issues and document all interactions accurately.

Team and Program Development:

• Contribute to scalable playbooks and best practices.
• Participate in weekly team syncs to share insights and iterate on the program.
