Autonomous Workforce Co-Innovation & Technology Strategy:
- Co-create autonomous-operations architectures with partners for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SPM.
- Drive adoption of AI-enhanced capabilities including AI Agents and autonomous incident resolution.
- Build reusable co-innovation assets such as solution templates and demo environments.
Pipeline & Revenue Growth:
- Lead technical workshops with CIO and VP-level stakeholders to design autonomous-workforce solutions.
- Execute strategic proofs of concept demonstrating operational cost reduction and productivity gains.
- Guide partners on competitive positioning against legacy ITSM platforms.
Partner Enablement & Ecosystem Scale:
- Design and deliver comprehensive architecture training programs and executive briefings.
- Mentor partner architects on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SPM solution positioning.
- Assess partner capabilities and develop practice-specific maturation plans.
