Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruiting team and execute hiring plans with reliable forecasts.
- Manage and develop recruiters to improve productivity and performance.
- Monitor funnel metrics and improve sourcing effectiveness and conversion rates.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams in high-volume environments.
- Strong direct sourcing skills, especially LinkedIn, and structured candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and fluent English.
