Representative, Dealer Collections

The Difference You Make:

• Handle inbound/outbound communications with dealers regarding receivables, billing discrepancies, and cancellations.
• Provide exceptional service while resolving complaints and negotiating settlements.
• Analyze data and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and mitigate customer harm.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Auto Finance or Dealer Services preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry, with strong communication skills.

What Else You Need To Know:

• This is a remote position with a base pay range of $36,000 to $56,000 per year.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
