This role involves:
- Designing and owning the US strategy for identifying and recruiting high-potential boutique/RSI partners. Key aspects include managing a prioritized partner portfolio and structuring partner evaluation process.
- Building joint business plans with top partners, including sourced revenue and pipeline targets. It requires establishing executive alignment through regular QBRs and strategic planning sessions.
- Activating and enabling partner sellers and SEs with clear messaging and training. This includes leading co-marketing initiatives and tracking their contribution to the pipeline.
- Orchestrating partner-involved deals end-to-end, removing friction in deal registration and ensuring visibility in Salesforce. Utilizing the ecosystem for structured feedback on product gaps and integration needs.
