General Summary:

  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle for Remote Support & Privilege Access products targeting Managed Service Providers and Internal IT markets.
  • Focuses on acquiring new customers through consultative, value-driven sales motions.
  • Manages prospecting, discovery, demos and pipeline to drive acquisition and upsell for ConnectWise to surpass monthly targets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Runs repeatable GTM campaigns to prospect into new accounts to establish buyer relationships.
  • Qualifies prospective accounts and solves pain points to build and maintain a pipeline.
  • Manages multiple stakeholders through sales cycles while protecting margin.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

  • 3+ years of software sales experience with track record in over-achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to manage the pipeline.
  • Applies Sales frameworks (MEDDIC & BANT).
