Job Description:

• You will grow a portfolio of school and childcare accounts by building genuine relationships through outbound calls and virtual appointments.
• You will partner with educators and administrators to match them with Lakeshore solutions, including Complete Classrooms® and professional development.
• You will host virtual product presentations and events to showcase our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and rapport-building skills, comfort working independently in a remote environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: Prior inside sales experience, background in early childhood education, and experience with Salesforce.
• You take feedback seriously, stay organized, bring curiosity to conversations, and thrive in a remote setting.

Additional Information:

• Hourly pay of $31.25-$36.05 with uncapped commission.
