What You'll Do:
- Own your book: Manage a named portfolio of ~100 parent restaurant brands as the single point of accountability.
- Be the consultant: Fill the gaps of CMO, CTO, and data analyst for independent restaurant owners.
- Protect and grow revenue: Proactively identify churn signals and lead save conversations.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS with ownership of retention metrics.
- Experience with multi-location accounts and a consultative, data-informed approach.
- Ability to handle hard conversations with grace and strong prioritization instincts.
What Success Looks Like:
- Revenue retention: Keep your book healthy and growing.
- Customer engagement: Ensure product adoption and understand the reasons behind it.
- Risk reduction: Proactively identify and reduce overall portfolio risk.
