Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the outbound and inbound sales strategies for Merchant Solutions, including sourcing and closing strategic partnerships.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach through contract execution, maintaining an accurate pipeline.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to ensure smooth onboarding.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, and 5+ years in FinTech.
- Demonstrated success closing complex deals with senior and executive-level decision makers.
- Strong outbound sales experience in a solutions-based environment and excellent communication skills.
Impact Statement:
- Enhance the Merchant Solutions pipeline by adding 20+ high-value merchants.
- Advance 2-3 high-value merchants to contract phase.
- Personally lead outbound sales activity, including prospecting and executive-level pitches.
