What you'll do:

  • Drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth in Guadalajara.
  • Expand Clara’s regional presence by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on impact and scalability.
  • Manage the full cycle—from identifying prospects to closing high-impact deals.

Must haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in B2B environments
  • Proven experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance industry
  • Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools (preferably Hubspot)
