Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day administration of global benefit programs like health, retirement, and leave, ensuring accurate enrollment and compliance.
- Partner with payroll, legal, and HR tech to support deductions, regulatory reporting, and system governance.
- Manage vendor performance, renewals, and process improvements to meet financial and strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years in benefits administration including 2+ years in management, with knowledge of global compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred: advanced degree, multi-country experience, and HR certification.
