What This Role Is About:

• You will be a key member of our centralized Resident Support team, focused on resident retention and world-class support.
• This customer service-oriented role requires managing a portfolio of apartment communities and handling renewals, move-outs, and general concerns.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Contact residents to discuss lease renewals, communicate options, and negotiate terms to retain residents.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist with move-out procedures and ensure compliance with renter's insurance requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• A background in customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Property Management software is a plus.
• A proactive problem-solver who works independently and collaboratively to achieve renewal goals.
