About the Role:
- Build and manage a low-cost outbound sales team focused on generating appointments with U.S. homeowners.
- Responsible for the entire outbound process including hiring, training, data sourcing, and performance management.
- You will not be the primary caller; your job is to build and manage the team.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train outbound sales representatives to build a high-performing remote team.
- Create scripts, call flows, training materials, and source homeowner data.
- Monitor team performance, coach underperformers, and manage daily operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in home services and managing outbound sales teams.
- Strong English communication skills and availability during U.S. business hours.
- Experience hiring and training lower-cost remote teams.
