Coaching
Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Provider Recruiting Associates to exceed activity and output targets.
- Diagnose rep performance issues and build coaching plans to improve skills.
- Foster a positive, high-accountability team culture aligned with company values.
Data-Driven Performance Management:
- Own daily and weekly activity scorecards, identify negative trends, and translate into coaching moments.
- Use CRM data (Salesforce) to surface insights and inform coaching priorities.
- Implement performance management processes in partnership with the Director.
Hiring and Onboarding:
- Lead a portion of the interview process for new hires and own onboarding and ramp execution.
- Ensure new team members meet milestones and integrate effectively.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in data and operations.
