Role Overview:
- Own commercial performance including revenue, margin, and traffic volume for assigned accounts.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms, structure bilateral and swap agreements in wholesale voice.
- Drive cross-sell of Cloud Communications solutions such as numbering and anti-fraud.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in telecom voice wholesale and account management.
- Strong negotiation skills in both selling and buying within the voice domain.
- Analytical mindset for pricing, margin, and performance management.
Personal Skills:
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong commercial aptitude and business acumen.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage a large portfolio.
