New Hire Onboarding, Assessment, and Nesting:
- Manage comprehensive Enrollment Specialist onboarding program including job-specific training.
- Lead live virtual training sessions for new hires throughout onboarding and ramp-up.
- Develop clear training materials and assessments to evaluate knowledge retention.
Ongoing Education and ES Learning & Development:
- Partner with E&E Team Lead to design and evolve an ongoing education program.
- Provide informal coaching to training coordinators to enhance their facilitation skills.
Enrollment Handbook and Job Aids:
- Own and maintain the Enrollment Handbook and Learning Management System.
- Create e-learning modules, SOPs, and job aids that support day-to-day enrollment work.
Cross-functional Partnership:
- Partner with Enrollment quality team and Team Leads to identify trends and training needs.
- Translate insights into sharper enablement materials and targeted coaching priorities.
