Your Mission:
- You manage key client relationships and ensure long-term value through strategic advisory and commercial development.
- You understand client challenges and proactively identify growth opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of selected key accounts and build trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Ensure customer retention and renewals by monitoring risk and health indicators.
- Identify cross- and up-sell opportunities and collaborate with SEO, CRO, and delivery teams.
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Key Account Management.
- Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with C-level stakeholders.
