Role Overview:
- Lead a team of Sales Executives to drive new business sales growth in the Western region for Healthcare Providers.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with Sales Operations, including territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.

- Proven track record of new business sales success at the C-level, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience building and coaching high-performing sales teams, as well as leveraging AI in workflows and decision-making.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas.
