Compensation:
- Base salary of $180,000 to $210,000 per year, plus variable commission and stock options.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, including 4+ in sales leadership.
- Deep familiarity with pharma/life sciences industry.
- Proven track record building and scaling enterprise sales teams.
