Director, Sales - Telecommunications

Team Leadership:

Recruit, coach, and mentor sales team members to drive excellence.

Develop territories and set performance expectations within the team.

Champion top performers and provide coaching for continuous development.

Strategic Sales Management:

Build and drive sales strategy for the region in collaboration with Sales Operations.

Manage and report accurate sales forecasts and pipeline to the business.

Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.

Relationship Building & Engagement:

Engage effectively in C-level meetings to understand customer business requirements.

Build strong working relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, and Marketing.

Retain and grow the existing customer base through regular customer engagement activities.
