About the Role:
- You will lead Keeper's enterprise account management organization, driving revenue retention, expansion, and customer growth.
- You will report to the SVP of Global Customer Success and collaborate with other CSM leaders to scale best practices.
- This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex enterprise relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise account management strategy to drive retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team, establishing scalable processes for forecasting and customer health.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams to expand Keeper's footprint within strategic accounts.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, account management, or revenue leadership.
- Proven experience selling cybersecurity solutions and managing enterprise renewal and expansion processes.
- Strong people management skills and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
