Role:
- Full ownership of a territory with quota targets and closing deals of €5,000+.
- Strategic territory growth planning and building scalable playbooks.
- Represent the sales team across cross-functional initiatives.
Candidate:
- 3+ years of full-cycle closing with 100%+ quota attainment in at least 2 consecutive years.
- Experience fixing market-level problems, rebuilding territories, and driving expansion.
- AI Fluency Level 3, using AI to multiply team impact and redesign workflows.
