G&A/Corporate Recruiter

Role Overview:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates across multiple corporate functions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate offer discussions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for G&A and corporate business functions.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
