Role Purpose:
- Help grow revenue within existing customer base by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Generate qualified meetings for Account Managers.
What We Expect:
- Monitor account usage, contract terms, and organizational changes to find expansion opportunities.
- Conduct persona-based prospecting campaigns across phone, email, and social media.
- Keep Salesforce CRM updated with activity, pipeline, and opportunity status.
Who You Are:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or account management (SaaS preferred).
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and resilient when facing rejection.
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and a coachable mindset.
