Role Purpose:

  • Help grow revenue within existing customer base by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Conduct persona-based prospecting campaigns across phone, email, and social media.
  • Keep Salesforce CRM updated with activity, pipeline, and opportunity status.

Who You Are:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or account management (SaaS preferred).
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and resilient when facing rejection.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and a coachable mindset.
