What you'll do:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat and other written channels.
- Provide accurate information about product features and lifecycle.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to meet customer needs.

- Excellent command of Italian language.
- Availability to work 100% remotely from Bulgaria.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
