What you'll do:
- Design and own the foundational Revenue Operations systems, processes, and data standards.
- Build capacity and territory models, define attribution frameworks, and map the revenue technology stack.
- Establish forecasting processes capable of delivering predictable results within approximately ±10%.
Who you are:
- 6–8+ years of Revenue Operations experience, including building a RevOps function from scratch or significantly resetting one.
- Hands-on Salesforce expertise and strong technical comfort with SQL or Python.
- Pragmatic and intentional, balancing immediate fixes with sustainable long-term system design.
