Assist customers through the assigned communication channels.
Identify customer needs, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide step-by-step guidance.
Manage customer interactions using internal systems and follow established procedures.

What are we looking for:

Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency plus Valencian, and English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
High school diploma or equivalent, minimum age 18, and legal documentation to work in Spain.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with basic technical knowledge.
