Role Overview:
- This is a growth role sitting inside Demand Generation, not Sales.
- You own the BDR function end to end, including inbound and intent-based pipeline.
- The path opens toward owning a channel or broader demand gen mandate.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, ramp, train, and manage BDRs across inbound and outbound.
- Run recurring 1:1s, live call reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Build culture of accountability, recognition, and career progression.
Operational Excellence:
- Own pipeline predictability on volume and value.
- Build and maintain SOPs, sequences, scripts, and qualification criteria.
- Implement AI automation for lead assignment, reporting, and weekend coverage.
