Responsibilities:
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Must be located in FL, IN or TX.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and comfortable with Windows-based systems.
