• Champion hiring excellence by raising the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of hiring decisions across the organization.
• Design structured interviewing frameworks and hiring governance processes that improve long-term hiring success.
• Establish quality-of-hire metrics and continuously evaluate outcomes to improve recruiting effectiveness and organizational performance.

Executive Partnership & Business Influence:

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executives and senior leaders, influencing workforce planning and leadership hiring.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on market trends, compensation, and talent availability to support decision-making.
