About the Role:
- Account Manager for ANZ region, owning existing customer base.
- Measure on retention and growth of book, not new logos.
What You'll Do:
- Own a book of ramped jewellery retailers as primary contact.
- Protect net revenue retention and grow share of wallet.
- Run business reviews and take clean handoffs from AE.
What We Need:
- 3+ years B2B account management with revenue targets.
- Commercial sharpness and strong CRM discipline.
- Based in Australia with full working rights.
