Role Overview:

  • Act as a high-energy hunter driving adoption of Shiji's hospitality technology solutions in North America.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS.
  • Represent Shiji at industry events and build strong relationships with decision-makers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years hospitality technology or operational experience and 2 years outside sales with proven quota achievement.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and CRM proficiency with excellent communication skills.

Additional Information:

  • Remote, field-based role requiring frequent in-market activity and up to 50% travel.
  • Candidates must reside within reasonable driving distance of a major metro in the territory.
