Technical Consultant (Atlassian)

About the role:

• You will work as part of a team helping customers make best use of the Atlassian product suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• You'll provide expert guidance, solution design, and hands-on work with product setup, migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• You will also participate in pre-sales activities, offering solutions and providing estimates.

What you'll be doing:

• Use your knowledge of Atlassian products to gather and analyse requirements, research solutions, and make recommendations.
• Install, upgrade, and migrate Atlassian applications and associated technologies, and implement custom solutions using scripting languages like Groovy and Python.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical consulting with Atlassian toolsets and scripting experience in Groovy or Python.
• Strong systems administration skills (Linux, Bash) and database operations, plus cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to present solutions and write technical reports.
