Role Overview:
- Own operational pricing and Deal Desk execution for Redox.
- Bridge Product strategy with field execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure deal pricing and enforce guardrails.
- Build self-serve tools and maintain approval workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to feed insights back.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in deal desk, sales finance, revenue ops, or pricing ops.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- CPQ/Salesforce experience and ability to work under pressure.
