About the Role:
- Design and optimize incentive programs that drive performance.
- Support M&A activities, including compensation due diligence and plan harmonization.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, evaluate, and refine sales compensation plans.
- Analyze sales performance and compensation data.
- Develop clear and compelling documentation and training.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Total Rewards.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Proven ability to translate data insights into recommendations.
