What You'll Do:
- Build trusted partnerships with key broker partners and educate them on Pareto's self-insurance model.
- Create impactful solutions by diving deep into prospective employers' needs and providing clarity on cost-control programs.
- Drive change by helping small and midsize businesses access options once reserved for large firms.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a top seller in self-insurance, self-funded benefits, or stop-loss insurance.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with insurance brokers and employee benefits consultants.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with a self-starter mindset.
