Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary:

• We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple concurrent searches.
• You will balance hands-on sourcing with strategic focus on data, process, and candidate experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own and lead full-cycle hiring across multiple concurrent searches from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role scope and define success profiles.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong outbound sourcing skills and ability to build creative pipelines.
• Experience building or improving recruiting processes and DEI-focused practices.

Compensation & Pay Transparency:

• Anticipated salary range: $120,000-$130,000 CAD per year.
